Founder’s Bio
Having both come from the same small West Texas town where community was everything; we realized that later in life, community is still everything and that you can live in a big world that is still small at the same time. Because of Texas Friday night football, benefit dances at the community center, and small Texas values instilled the roots of serving others at Avalon Real Estate, LLC.
Our shared beginnings has prompted us to show respect and honor to those individuals that have modeled integrity and character through their daily walk with words and actions. This brokerage was established to serve clients as a tribute to what was so graciously given to us.

History
I was first licensed in California in 2004 and worked for a top producing agent and a large brokerage with more than 40 agents. As a new agent, the experience of having a tremendous workload so early on has allowed me to have unparalleled multitasking skills for handling multiple numbers of real estate transactions simultaneously. I was afforded the luxury of witnessing industry professionalism at its finest. For a very brief time, I left the industry after the real estate crash in California in 2006. In 2008, I took and passed my New Mexico broker exam, and after getting married, I then moved home: to Texas. In 2016, we entered into the real estate world where I invested the first three years of education while building my real estate business.

Probate
With my first year in real estate in 2016, I was looking for a niche, and my bigger-than-life dad, James Regan, passed away in the fall. I continued to work while every cell in my body mourned. My mom, brother, husband, and I inherited a vast inventory of depression-era personal possessions, a large shop bursting at the seams with tools, hordes of past hobby items, over 4 40-foot, steel, storage containers, and miscellaneous other storage buildings that housed construction equipment, heavy equipment, farm tractors, and other farm and ranch implements. All in another state… eight hours away… one way.
After experiencing the milestone of losing a parent and going through a lifetime’s worth of collections, I was naturally prompted to serve individuals who were going through what I went through personally with my dad. Total transparency and shared experiences felt completely natural, and not to mention, I have yet to have a probate client that has more decisions to make for their family than I did. My business model over the past 8 years has been probate real estate affairs; it continues to be the real estate niche that I understand and service extremely well.
